We are so blessed to have Pheobe as part of our church family at Ocean Breeze. She was surprised last Sunday, July 1st with balloons, presents and a specially decorated pew. Pheobe is 95 years young and continues to shine her smile and spread her gentle Spirit to everyone of us. She's pictured here with our Pastor's wife, Charlotte. You go girl!
